• The scholarship award is a one-time payment of $500.00;

• A student is eligible to win ONLY ONE (1) $500 award per drawing

• The award will be given to the student in the student’s name;

• An eligible "student" is defined as a dependent child, a stepchild, or a legal ward of a member of Division 169, PEF/encon, on the date of the drawing;

• Students are eligible for this scholarship only if they are 25 years old or less, and enrolled in a full-time degree program (12 or more credit hours, or equivalent), during the Spring 2008 academic year;

• Proof of enrollment will be requested from the winner;

• PEF/encon will accept only one application per student per member;

• Applications MUST be received at the address below no later than March 5, 2008 to be eligible for the Spring 2008 Scholarship drawing.

**Two winners will be drawn at random during the PEF/encon Division Meeting March 12, 2008.
