"Go Public" commercials hit air waves this week
The "Go Public" accountability campaign to protect state jobs and fight privatization will hit the airwaves this week in the Capital District. TV spots and print ads started running April 18. The ads and commercials feature a "fat cat" concept and are designed to grab the attention of lawmakers as well as the general public. A major impetus for this campaign was PEFencon’s 2004 Convention Resolution calling on PEF to aggressively challenge the contracting out of our jobs. The print ads and TV commercials will continue through May and June.

The campaign will include a "Go Public" rally at the State Capital on Wednesday, June 8, be sure to save the date!
